Welcome to the SEADS Technology Job Portal. By applying for a position or submitting your résumé/CV through this platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope and Acceptance

By submitting an application, résumé, or related documents through the SEADS Job Portal (the “Portal”), you acknowledge that:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
  • You consent to the collection, storage, use, and processing of your personal and professional information as described herein.
  • You affirm that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and current to the best of your knowledge.

2. Use of Submitted Information

By submitting your résumé and/or application materials, you grant SEADS Technology the non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to:

  • Use, store, analyze, and evaluate your submitted documents for the purposes of internal recruitment, talent matching, and staffing.
  • Include your profile and qualifications (including your name, résumé, summary of qualifications, and other relevant non-confidential information) in proposals, expressions of interest, or service bids submitted by SEADS Technology to potential clients or partners, including but not limited to international organizations, governments, NGOs, and private sector entities.
  • Share your application with SEADS team members, subcontractors, or clients as needed for project staffing, proposal inclusion, or evaluation purposes.


You acknowledge and agree that this use may occur prior to any formal offer or engagement and may include the submission of your résumé in response to third-party requests for qualifications (RFQs), expressions of interest (EOIs), and requests for proposals (RFPs).

3. Confidentiality and Representation

SEADS Technology will not publicly disclose your résumé or personal data unrelated to your professional qualifications without your explicit consent. However:

  • You agree that SEADS may represent your qualifications in professional service proposals where appropriate and customary in the consulting and technology services industry.
  • SEADS makes no guarantee that your inclusion in a proposal will result in an interview, offer, or engagement.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to work in the jurisdictions for which you are applying.
  • You are not restricted by non-compete agreements or other contractual obligations that would prevent you from being considered for contract work with SEADS or its clients.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

SEADS Technology respects your privacy and will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. All submitted data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

You may contact us at privacy@seads.io to request access to or deletion of your submitted data, subject to legal and contractual limitations.

5. No Employment Guarantee

Submitting a résumé or application through the SEADS Job Portal:

  • Does not constitute an offer of employment or contract by SEADS Technology.
  • Does not obligate SEADS to consider or contact you for any specific opportunity.

SEADS reserves the right to reject, accept, or retain applications at its sole discretion.

6. Retention of Information

Your application and associated materials may be retained for future opportunities. If you would like to withdraw your profile from consideration or request deletion, please contact us at privacy@seads.io.

7. Modifications to Terms

SEADS Technology may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on the Portal and will be effective immediately unless otherwise stated.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SEADS Technology is registered, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not submit your application or résumé through this platform.
