Technical Skills
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with a focus on network architecture
- Strong understanding of VPCs, subnets, routing, load balancers, VPNs, and firewalls
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools
- Understanding of cloud security, identity management (IAM), and compliance protocols
Professional Experience
- 3+ years of experience in cloud networking or related infrastructure roles
- Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-scale cloud networks
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud, multi-region deployments, and high-availability architectures
- Consulting or freelance project experience preferred
- Experience supporting data platforms, SaaS applications, or DevOps pipelines is a plus
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Organized and disciplined in documenting architectures and processes
- Collaborative and proactive mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer Associate, or equivalent
- Experience with SD-WAN, network segmentation, or zero-trust architecture
- Fluency in English (required); French and other languages are a plus
- Familiarity with international development, education, or government projects
- Knowledge of open-source security and monitoring tools
