Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, ClickUp)
- Ability to manage technical projects across software engineering, data science, or cloud deployments
- Familiarity with budgeting, risk management, and project reporting
- Comfortable working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams
Professional Experience
- 5+ years of experience managing projects in tech, consulting, or international development
- Proven track record of leading successful end-to-end project deliveries
- Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment
- Ability to define scope, set timelines, and manage competing priorities
- Strong documentation and reporting skills for internal and external stakeholders
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and conflict-resolution abilities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and guiding teams through uncertainty
- Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master certification is an asset
- Experience with digital transformation, public sector, or impact-focused initiatives
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and data workflows
- Bilingual (English/French or English/Spanish) preferred
- Previous experience with donor-funded or multi-stakeholder projects is a plus
