Technical Skills
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Experience with modern software frameworks (e.g., Django, Spring Boot, Node.js)
- Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and system integration
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker)
- Ability to develop secure, scalable, and maintainable code
Professional Experience
- At least 2 years of software development experience
- Track record of delivering working solutions in agile environments
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
- Prior involvement in consulting or freelance projects preferred
- Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in distributed teams
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
- Detail-oriented with a focus on code quality and performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of DevOps practices or infrastructure as code
- Bilingual (English/French or English/Spanish) is an advantage
