Technical Skills
- Proficient in front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
- Skilled in back-end development using Node.js, Django, or Flask
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns
- Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Comfortable with Git, CI/CD tools, and cloud deployment (preferably AWS)
Professional Experience
- 3+ years in full-stack development across diverse projects
- Proven ability to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable applications
- Familiar with agile and collaborative development environments
- Prior experience in freelance, consulting, or client-facing roles
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end development life cycle
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated and reliable with attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities

Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
- Exposure to data science or API-first platforms is a plus
- Bilingual (English/French or English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with projects in education, health, or government sectors
